Please call us on 03 9123 1211 or put your complaint in writing to our office via email on and we will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our response after 30 days of lodging your complaint, you can refer it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) of which we are a member.
